With talented people increasingly becoming masters of managing their own careers and development, HR has an incrementally challenging set of tasks to engage and secure that talent and sustain organisational success.
So what will some of these tasks look like in years to come?
It’s difficult to know but there are themes and narratives along a number of these areas that give us a great idea of what we perhaps should be thinking about now as HR practitioners to re-align people strategy and master HR operations
So what better way to hear about these themes and narratives and sense check your own thinking by engaging with some expert speakers in their field
